Having purchased 2 years in a row expensive items ( 2 pieces suit in false leather) I discovered that they were not fit for purpose. The seams came apart on the knee after wearing the culotte no more than 4 times. Because the seams had also been glued I was unable to have it fixed. This time, the zip on the skirt has gone and because I am very annoyed I decided to take it back to the shop having paid over 90 euros for the skirt. Well the assistant started counting on her fingers 7 months since I had made the purchase. The fact that I live in England and cannot just pop back with faulty items seems to evade her, how many times should I be able to wear something before it falls apart, obviously not more than 4 ??? Poor workmanship, substandard finish and very inadequate customer service... I have learnt my lesson and will spend my money somewhere else in future and would advise anyone else to do the same if you do not want to be ripped off.
