“I purchase a blouse today 24.9.24 from your shop in Benidorm. I tried to return on the same day as l found the zip that was on front blouse not zipping up and down smoothly. Found the staff member very rude informed me that I was unable to return only a credit note or exchange. I certainly will not return to your shop again. Would also like to point out that I have purchased many items from you in the past. But will not again”
“Having purchased 2 years in a row expensive items ( 2 pieces suit in false leather) I discovered that they were not fit for purpose. The seams came apart on the knee after wearing the culotte no more than 4 times. Because the seams had also been glued I was unable to have it fixed. This time, the zip on the skirt has gone and because I am very annoyed I decided to take it back to the shop having paid over 90 euros for the skirt. Well the assistant started counting on her fingers 7 months since I had made the purchase. The fact that I live in England and cannot just pop back with faulty items seems to evade her, how many times should I be able to wear something before it falls apart, obviously not more than 4 ??? Poor workmanship, substandard finish and very inadequate customer service... I have learnt my lesson and will spend my money somewhere else in future and would advise anyone else to do the same if you do not want to be ripped off.”
“I went to Punt Roma La Canada Marbella 6th May purchased 24.99.,returned for a refund 8th May as decided unsuitable, was informed No refund possible only credit note. Have written to Head office in disgust as, all shops refund,withun time scale No reply since 8th May. Do not want credit note as don't buy there, abd will never again until I'm refunded. Beware of their policy which was Not pointed out to me at Point of sale when asked.”
“I went to Punt Roma in La Cañada , Marbella, today and wanted to try on a blouse. A man was in the changing rooms sitting on a stool with his phone. He appeared to be waiting for a woman who was trying on something. I approached a member of staff and explained that I was uncomfortable that there was a man in the changing room, especially as the curtains don’t close properly. She looked at the man and said that she could not say anything to him and that I would just have to wait until he came out. I was very unhappy with this response and left the shop without buying anything.”
