I purchase a blouse today 24.9.24 from your shop in Benidorm. I tried to return on the same day as l found the zip that was on front blouse not zipping up and down smoothly. Found the staff member very rude informed me that I was unable to return only a credit note or exchange. I certainly will not return to your shop again. Would also like to point out that I have purchased many items from you in the past. But will not again
