You put the money up front then crickets! My first choice of puppies I was told at the last minute that he had a hernia when I choose a second dog I got charged $100 cancelation fine because I didn't take a defective dog! Now even though this last dog chosen is entirely of travel age it's taking a looooong time to even get a travel schedule for him. You would think that we would get expedited service for all the afore mentioned reasons!! Still today we have no idea when we will receive or puppy!!!!!!!!
