This whole process was ridiculous. From the 1st phone call to delivery. Once I found the dog I wanted I paid in full. From that point on I couldn't get anyone to call me. I tried several times a day for several days. I also emailed them with no results. The pup pack that you pay like $200 for is a rip off. I chose a tea cup pup. The bed they sent was for a medium to large dog. The toys are bigger than he is. The food dish and blanket were all that we could use. That's not worth $200. So I paid extra to have him delivered to me. The breeder changed the dates 3 x's. Once she finally did set a date it was ok. 24 hours before he was supposed to be delivered I still had not received a confirmation email. With date, time, and breeder contact information. So again I tried calling and email. 10am the day of delivery I got the email. With information. We were supposed to meet at Walmart by my house at 2pm. I called the breeder at 1:30 to see if she was close. She advised me that she just left her house, it's a 4 hour trip. So I was very upset 😡. She said she would be here between 5-6 o'clock. I told her that if she did not get here before dark she would have to drop him off at my house. I can't drive in the dark. So around 8 o'clock I called her again to see where she was. She told me about an hour out. I told her that she would have to bring him to the house I can't drive in the dark. She said she really didn't want to do that. I told her that if she didn't she could turn around and go back home or get a motel room for the night and I could pick him up in the daytime. She decided that she would drop him at the house. She finally got here a little after 9. He was very lethargic. I gave him a little corn syrup. Wouldn't eat or drink anything. So I put his bed next to mine and we went to sleep. I got up the next day and he had not moved from where I put him. I gave him a little more corn syrup and put him in front of the water/ food dish. He did eat the wet food. So I calmed down some. He finally did perk up some. But I know he's still stressed out from such a long journey and not even being a pound. So I suggest going somewhere else to pursue your pup. Like so many others I didn't research puppyspot before I bought him. But, finally he's home and we won't have anymore issues.
