I recently purchased a leather harness for my dog. I received it and it was too big for her. I contacted you on multiple occasions (email, text, calls) and no one ever returned any of my calls. I wanted to exchange the harness before the deadline of (10 days) from delivery and I NEVER heard back from ANYONE!
Needless to say, I had no choice but to keep a $60+ harness that I will never use.
I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend you. The customer service was non-existent.
