I have been ordering from Pur Pharma for a while now, and they deliver each and every time in terms of the efficacy of their products, and superb customer service/ support. I am genuinely so glad I found this company. I almost threw in the towel so to speak after getting duped by scammers who preyed on suckers like me because they know that if I reported them to authorities, I will be incriminating myself too. Pur Pharma is a Canadian gem like the Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow Interceptor aircraft. Canadian pride! As for the customer service/ support, and I am not even kidding, it's equal to or better than what I got from some 5 stars hotels. The lady I talked to understood my plight, and without questions asked, told me she will resend my package and she did. The points system is great as well. I always use my accrued points to offset the delivery charge. And if you buy over five vials/ packs of product (x), you save a little extra off the cost of each same item. I believe it's also free delivery for purchases over $400. It's also pretty neat that they threw in a free sample in my orders. I am a 😊 camper, through and through! Just waiting for my next paycheck so I can put in another order. Cheers!
