“I'VE BEEN STICKING WITH PUR PHARMA FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW BECAUSE THE QUALITY IS ON THE BALL, BUT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS MY NOTE THAT I ATTACHED TO MY ORDER THAT REQUESTED FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE WAS DISREGARDED AND THE MAILMAN LITERALLY TRIED TO TAKE MY ORDER TO AN UNWANTED DESTINATION WITHOUT EVEN ALLOWING ME THE CHANCE TO SIGN FOR IT. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding. We did request that your package be sent without a signature, as you requested. Unfortunately, Canada Post can occasionally make delivery errors that are completely outside of our control, and we have no ability to change their actions once the parcel is in their possession.
It's also worth noting that the type of packaging and shipping service we use costs us the same whether a signature is requested or not. There is no financial benefit to us in sending a package with a signature requirement, so we have no reason to disregard your instructions.
We're sorry that your experience with Canada Post was frustrating and that it affected your day. However, if you feel that our customer service and product quality no longer meet your expectations, we sincerely wish you success in finding a supplier that better suits your needs.
