IT COSTS LESS TO SEND IT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE AND I'LL PAY THE SAME AMOUNT, THIS LITERALLY RUINED MY DAY. I DON'T KNOW WHY THERE IS A PROBLEM?”

It appears there may have been a misunderstanding. We did request that your package be sent without a signature, as you requested. Unfortunately, Canada Post can occasionally make delivery errors that are completely outside of our control, and we have no ability to change their actions once the parcel is in their possession.
It's also worth noting that the type of packaging and shipping service we use costs us the same whether a signature is requested or not. There is no financial benefit to us in sending a package with a signature requirement, so we have no reason to disregard your instructions.
We're sorry that your experience with Canada Post was frustrating and that it affected your day. However, if you feel that our customer service and product quality no longer meet your expectations, we sincerely wish you success in finding a supplier that better suits your needs.

“I’m pretty sure you sold me bunk and I want my $805 back. I took 2 cc of your TNT 500. 2 days in a row. and felt absolutely nothing. I already have test enanthate in me for eight weeks. As well as tren ace. Kindly refund my money or send me real gear test and tren. Your master on is garbage as well. I’m sure you know what you sold me make it right please. I can feel the test enanthate that I have the day after I take it why can’t I feel the enanthate in the TNT?”

Based on what you've described, taking 2 cc of TNT 500 for only two consecutive days would not be enough time to evaluate the effectiveness of the product. Long-ester compounds such as Testosterone Enanthate require several weeks to reach stable blood levels, and products such as Masteron are not designed to produce noticeable effects within 48 hours. Evaluating these compounds after only two days is not a reliable indication of product quality or potency.
All Pur-Pharma products are manufactured in a government-authorized pharmaceutical laboratory and every batch is independently tested using mass spectrometry to verify identity and concentration before release. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of our products and have done so for many years.
At this time, your review appears to be based solely on personal perception rather than objective evidence. We receive bloodwork from hundreds of clients on a regular basis, and the results consistently confirm that our products are performing as expected. Without before-and-after bloodwork, serum hormone testing, or other objective data, it is not possible to conclude that a product is underdosed or ineffective after only two days of use.
If you have bloodwork results or any other objective information you would like us to review, we would be happy to examine them with you. We take all concerns seriously and are always willing to investigate legitimate issues, but we cannot support a claim that a product is "bunk" based solely on a 48-hour trial period.

I recently placed an order with Pur-Pharma.is for a vial of Pfizer Depo-Testosterone 200 mg/mL (10 mL multiple-dose vial), advertised as pharmaceutical grade. Everything appeared to be correct at first glance, but upon closer inspection, I noticed a visible impurity floating inside the vial.
As someone familiar with the standards of pharmaceutical-grade products, I can confidently say that Pfizer would never release a product with visible contamination. This leads me to believe that what I received was counterfeit.
I contacted the company and requested a refund, which they provided—so I do appreciate that. However, when I asked if it was normal for a pharma-grade product to contain impurities, their response was that “99% of the time contamination happens during shipping.”
To me, this clearly shows that the company is shifting the blame away from the supplier or manufacturer, rather than addressing the real issue of product integrity.
While I’m thankful for the refund, I will not be ordering from them again. For anyone considering using this site, I recommend being cautious. it’s now in the trash.

We’d like to clarify that in our entire operational history, we have never encountered an issue with contaminated vials. Your case is the first of its kind, which is why it was taken very seriously and a refund was issued immediately.
We understand your concerns and fully respect your decision. That said, we have thoroughly reviewed the situation and found no fault on the part of the producer. All other vials from the same batch were verified to be clear and uncompromised.
