“So this review is for the customer service provided, I originally ordered from Pur because they take credit cards and I had a positive interaction with Maria when asking about the Pharma grade test on the site. I used it for 3 weeks and got my blood labs done and my test was below reference range, not happy with the product I emailed Pur (Maria) and they were very accommodating and more then made up for the bad experience. I will be receiving some Pur products to test and see if they provide a better result then the pharma grade product I bought to give Pur a fair shot. They do not make Pharma grade stuff and it comes from a supplier overseas so I don’t blame them for my bad experience and they are doing more then what is fair to make it up to me so I’m very happy with Pur as a company.
