The cashmere sweater was all out of proportion, possibly skimping on materials was why. I sent it back but it cost me $$ to do so from overseas and the refund was substantially less because they take off various charges. They never acknowledged receipt of the return nor did they advise of the refund. All in all a very costly exercise and one I will never repeat. Lots of positive marketing but little substance in their actual service- very disappointing.
