Everything was done with compassion and efficiency and the gentleman who delivered my Mum back to me was very kind and caring. In these days of COVID and having lost our business we took the Pure Cremation option for financial reasons, however it was far more personal having a small wake with very close family sharing memories out loud and the whole experience has actually made the journey more easy than I expected. It was he right thing to do.
