From start to end pure cremation was brilliant We didn't have a plan in place but rang them they gave us a price and with 4hrs they had come for my mum to take her to chapel of rest. Staff on phone was calm and reassuring explained everything in detail. Staff who came for my mum was smart very polite asked us if we needed anything and if we would like to follow mum out to the vehicle they explained what will happen we took mum out and when she was loaded into the vehicle it was nice seeing them bowing there head in respect. Communication with getting mums ashes was brilliant they said a date and times and how then would keep us informed if anything changes. Thank from me and my family
