Excellent customer service. The lovely lady called Chloe who dealt with us and all the others i spoke to, even the gentleman who brought the ashes home, where really nice and very good at dealing with all my concerns. Nothing was too much trouble, they all make you feel that your call is important to them. I would without reservation recommend this company to everyone.
