What a lovely experience. I wanted dad to have a funeral like my mum had but dad insisted on a pure cremation. I had reservations and was thinking the worse but I was totally wrong . From the start they were so helpful. Dads gp wasn't as quick as we'd hoped with information but pure cremation dealt with all that so I didn't have to. Staff were always so friendly compassionate and kind. Never used the words death it was always "his journey" I was able to dress dad in clothes I wanted which I didn't think I could. I could even have photos and some small possessions with him. I was informed of the date of his commital so it meant we could do something that day to feel part of "his journey" his ashes were returned to me in the most beautiful box with another friendly Compasionate member of staff. Not once have I felt dad missed out. I would highly recommend pure cremation. .
