I forgot to place an order until the very last minute before Christmas. I phoned to ask if I could place the order over the phone and even pay extra for a special delivery. The products were put to one side and later another person rang for the payment and reassured me that I shouldn't need to pay for special delivery as the orders were getting through ok. I couldn't believe when my order arrived the following day. Excellent service , personal and professional. Oh and amazing products!
