“I bought your Pure Lakes Skin Balm with Shea Butter, Beeswax, Calendula. Wow it's been amazing, I used it after a total knee replacement to help moisturise and soothe the extremely bruised skin after surgery and I'm convinced it's helped the bruising and healing process this lady 4 weeks... its been used an face hands and dry spots too.. Absolutely live it .. I've 2 more pots and recommend to anyone who's visited me as I've been grounded.. thank you Pure Lakes”

“I've recently purchased several products as gifts for family and friends,the quality is both beautiful and ethical. The ordering and delivery process is efficient and effective. My local click and collect option in addition to picking up from the workshop is especially appreciated where orders don't qualify for free delivery. “Thanks for the prompt delivery of my order, and for the free sample of foot balm. I really love the Dry Skin Balm , which I discovered from an article in the magazine People's Friend in January .The Beatrix Hand & Body Lotion is a gift for a friend . “I normally buy Pure Lakes products from a local shop, and love the grapefruit and lemongrass fragrance, but this time I wanted a room diffuser so had to order it direct. Website was excellent and easy to order, and my diffuser arrived promptly, carefully packaged to prevent any damage. I'm very pleased and our living room now smells amazing! Thank you!”

“I use many Pure Lakes products and love them all. Highly recommended. Have recently also bought some Natural Anti-Insect Lotion. It has a lovely texture and an amazing smell. Am currently on holiday in Scotland and it’s working well at keeping the midges at bay 😃. “I have bought several different products but mainly the Grapefruit and Lemongrass scent. Some of these have been presents for friends. Also my family who live in the Lakes have given me some. I particularly like the pot of hand cream. The products are always well wrapped and reach me in perfect condition and very quickly.”

“A while ago I was suffering badly from eczema and saw a consultant who advised against using products with synthetic perfume or fragrance as that would irritate the eczema. So I found Pure Lakes and have used many of their products for both face and body and found them to be a lovely range which I can use confidently without issue.”

“Many thanks Gareth and Claire for producing wonderfully natural skincare. I am so delighted after visiting a self catering accomodation last June where I used hand wash and body lotion produced by yourselves that I became a convert. I began using the hand cream then I commenced using the soap, facial cleanser, eye gel and moisturiser. Since using the products I have noticed a considerable change in my dry hands which now feel fully softened and my facial skin to the point that some sun damage underneath my eye socket which was red and scaly has now totally disappeared. I have just started using the facial oil at night to further enhance the work the facial products do. I am delighted that you are receiving awards for your business and its eco friendly refill service and for the purity and effectiveness of the products you have produced - well done to all your team who are all very friendly and helpful.
