“Absolutely love these products. Re-ordered the facial hydration cream, and also trying the facial oil. Following a very nasty fall I broke lots of bones in my face. I can't wear any makeup as I can't rub my face to remove it. Felt the need for some pampering and the oil is just perfect for that! Thank you xx”

“Love the scent of the Geranium & Ylang Ylang Keratin shampoo and the conditioner. I have not come across any other product that leaves my hair so soft and shiny as this. Have also bought it in the past for my granddaughters who also love it. So thought the smaller bottles would be an ideal Christnas stocking filler for them. Delivery time was once again very fast. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package a week later to discover the contents were not what I was expecting but the Sweet Basil and Orange version! Too late to do anything about it; can only hope it is as good as their favourite. So this time ............... PRODUCT (based on past experience) 5* DELIVERY 5* QUALITY CONTROL 1* UPDATE: I reached out to Pure Lakes regarding the error in my order. Now just received a very courteous email from Jenny at Pure Lakes apologising for the mistake in the order and saying they were sending the correct products; to keep the ones sent in mistake as a token of their good will, and hoping my granddaughters liked the other product too. Fantastic customer service over this and totally unexpected. Well done Pure Lakes for good old-fashoned customer care which is sadly lacking so often these days.”

“I recently used Pure Lakes refill service, having saved several containers of Dry Skin Balm, Facial Wash and Sweet Basil and Orange hand wash, all products I would highly recommend.
