“I have loved Pure Lakes toiletries since first trying whilst staying at the Low Wood Hotel. I use the Hydrating Hand Balm as both a hand and foot cream as it’s so nice & rich, & I love a product that doubles up to save room while travelling😁 The Grapefruit & Lemongrass Body Lotion is a real treat too. It’s the perfect consistency, thin enough to glide on, while still feeling very moisturising, & the smell is wonderful! I have recently begun using the Rose, Jojoba & Frankincense Facial Hydration Cream. It’s thick, so I was a bit worried about it causing a breakout, but it hasn’t, even though I’ve been using it morning & night. Only a small amount is needed, so it should last well. The only other product I’ve used is the hand sanitiser, which again smells wonderful & fresh. While most leave your hands feeling horrible & sticky, this doesn’t at all. It isn’t harsh, so is perfect if you need to use often, as during the worst days of Covid.”

“I absolutely love this range especially the face oil. I usually call in in person when I’m visiting the Lakes but this time I was running out so I used your online refill service. What a great experience! Really quick turnaround and very easy to get the order number online. A big thank you and hopefully see you in person in April”

“Love all fragrances! Came across these products whilst on holiday on The Lakes and sought out the supplier to stock up before coming home. Have since had my candle refilled and about to send my second for the same treatment. Lovely, friendly staff and amazing products.”

“I ordered hand wash x 2 Pure Lakes Rose and Geranium This is a beautiful product which cleanes the hands without the nasty dehdrating feeling left by other hand washes My hands felt clean , smooth and moisturied and a gentle arome of rose and Geranium This wash is perfect for my kitchen to remover the smell of onions garlic etc”

“The product is excellent but about 500ml of the 5 litre refill was lost because of the way DPD handled the delivery. We will look at a better alternative way of obtaining a refill next time.”

“Bought the lovely candle as a gift for my mum one year on from my dads passing. She absolutely loved it and it cheered her up. She loves the lemon grass scent and over the past year I have bought her the handwash, shower gel, hand soap and hand lotion. These products are kind and gentle on your skin and smell divine. Plus they make excellent gifts.”
