A recent purchase wasn't the same as previous purchases due to ingredient variety (to my understanding). I was really disappointed as I like using this company as most of their products are vegan, eco responsible and local. I got in touch and Gareth was very helpful and keen to help me find something more suitable. Excellent customer service.
