I first was introduced to Pure Lakes products when I received a lovely gift box for my birthday which included the muscle and joint balm which I have been using daily for knee pains related to arthritis and wear and tear (I’m a runner) and this cream has helped my knees immensely- hence why I have purchased a further larger pot - I would highly recommend this product- it feels lovely - rubs in well - and does work 🤩
