Not only the products are amazing and they are the best I have had, but also the business is so personal and lovely it touches my heart. I requested 3 different shower gels and one didnt have a box because they ran out of the boxes for them. The Pure lake team sent me the loveliest little card apologizing for that and sending me a free heart-shaped soap. It was just the perfect box to receive and put a smile on my face. Thank you for being so personal and amazing.
