My mother who is 84years old uses Black Pepper,Ginger and Chamomile muscle balm using it on her hip that needs replacing. Has used it for about 2 years now.
She also uses it on her back which takes the pain away from there also.
She is having her hip replaced this Thursday the 1st of September 2022 but has said she will continue using.
