Their refill service is a big plus for me. However, when I posted my empties (using a recycled envelope ) the package split and they didn't receive them. Their customer service team were very understanding about this and gave me new bottles at no extra cost, plus they were sent in a sturdy box which I am keeping for when I need to order new items!
