I bought this on a visit to the Lakes last year and found it to really help with the pain endured in my knees whilst waiting for knee replacement. It works well and absorbs quickly into the skin when applied. This is my third purchase and on ordering found delivery very quick and well packaged definitely recommend this for help with muscle pain
