Recent orders have gone to addresses in the U.K. and the recipients have not sent any feedback yet! In my own experience, they will be delighted!
I had a problem with payment details - billing address. One order seemed to be coming back to me as well as being paid for by me so I sent an urgent e-mail to intercept the problem. It was picked up quickly and rectified. A real customer service!
The rest of this e-mail is 'redundant' as I have had no feedback from the lucky recipients.
