My family stayed in an Airbnb near Penrith recently. All of the bathrooms were stocked with Pure Lakes products....shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand cream, soaps etc. They were superb and were all in biodegradable packaging that could be refilled. So, I knew what to buy for my sister's birthday a few weeks later. As she lives some distance from me, I asked for delivery directly to her. After placing the order, I received a message informing me that the Company was in the middle of moving premises, so there could be a delay but, if the order was urgent to contact them. I did so, and wonderful Gareth promised to dispatch the order that day. True to his word, he did and the package arrived in time for her birthday. My sister loves the products and will, definitely be ordering refills.
