This was my first order from Pure Lakes; it won't be my last. I found it quite by accident, searching for another company, and was inspired by the range of natural skincare products and business values. I try to support local independents so decided to give it a go and bought moisturiser, body lotion and Neem, Mint & Lemongrass insect repellent. I am delighted. I chose 2 moisturisers, unsure which would be best for my skin (and I tend to change moisturisers, rather than stick with one forever) - the Neroli concoction and the Rose, both with Frankincense, which I figure is beneficial for the more mature skin (I'm 61 and my skin is on the dry side). I love them both and neither has aggravated my skin, both are very comfortable to wear. I chose the Mimosa and Petitgrain lotion, which to me (I think scents smell slightly differently to each of us and on each of us) has a warmly-spiced woody smell before a soft earthy floral comes through; it glides on and is quickly absorbed - it's lovely. So far, I have barely used the Anti-Insect - but so far so good; it smells nice for a repellent but it will take the summer for me to confidently comment on performance. The products arrived securely packaged and quickly. I'm so pleased I found you, Pure Lakes, and I look forward to trying more of your gorgeous products.
