Ordered some lovely goodies from Pure Lakes. All arrived on time, very well packed. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy about one of the shower gels aroma & not foaming. Probably due to hard water in our area.
All other things were perfect.
I contacted the company, received a really quick reply and then a refund without any quibbling.
That was great, wish other companies would be so efficient.
Will certainly order from Pure Lakes again.
