I've been using Pure Lakes products since it was a small local firm and delivered to my door. The quality has been consistently good but it's a pity there are fewer perfumes of shampoo and body lotion than of yore. Delivery is quick and beautifully packaged and on one occasion where the wrong product was sent it was quickly corrected and I was told to keep the one sent in error - a generous attitude.
