A lovely company that shows a real interest in their customers. I was unable to place an online order so I called and spoke to Gareth who located my previous phone order which he was able to duplicate. In fact, as I wanted to purchase a large quantity of the diffuser oil, Gareth was able to offer me a less expensive way, i.e. by buying a one litre bottle which made a massive saving. We followed this up with a couple of confirmation emails and within a couple of days, my order arrived. I couldn't be happier, thank you to Gareth for a wonderful truly customer focused service. 😀
