The product. Is wonderful. I have a problem with the skin on my scalp which has not reappeared since I started using Pure Lakes shampoo. When I phoned to enquire about purchasing further supplies, the phone was answered by Sophie who could not have been more kind or helpful. I cannot recommend Pure Lakes too highly, both in regard to the product they produce and their obvious commitment to customer service.
