I had some problems in Germany with the tax issue due to poor communication of the delivery service. Jenny was very understanding and helpful despite I made some troubel for you with neglecting a tax service which I was told from DPD Customer Service Germany is a phishing mail (which I finally learned isn't true). I bought my first products of Pure Lakes directly in Lake District. Unfortunaltey I have no longer any business trips to Windermere but I still buy online time and again :-) Thanks
