There was confusion with my order. It didn't arrive and when I contacted them they were waiting for the return of my containers to refill, but it was my first order so had nothing to refill. The error was rectified immediately and my order arrived two days later. The hand gel is gorgeous, smells divine and does not dry out my hands. Will definitely use the refill service in the future.
