Ordered hand wash that i had used whilst our stay in Cumbria, loved the smell, box was damaged when it arrived and the website clearly stated that a complementary hand balm would be given to keyworkers, i noted this to the team who apologised and said they would ‘change the wording’ on the website as it wasn’t correct!!!-
