Bad product and even worse customer service.
The tap keeps breaking and needing expensive maintenance.
I was instructed by the customer service representative to bring my claim in writing to her supervisors, its been weeks since then with multiple times i had to chase up, i'm actually getting ignored at this point which is a joke...
Do yourself a favour - avoid them.
