Bougth a pair of snikers for my wife. after 5 months they had a problem. send email to them asking to change the product...no answer. after several mails i received an email tellling me to send the product to them for evaluation ???!!! they send me back the shoes telling me that can not do anything and will not change the shoes...customer service is 0...very dissapointed
