I visited the Purificación García store on Calle Serrano in Madrid today, hoping to have the same pleasant experience I had at your Barcelona branch a few years ago. Unfortunately, this visit was unexpectedly disappointing. The sales associate was completely dismissive when I showed her a bag I had previously purchased — instead of showing any appreciation or interest, she seemed indifferent. When I asked about how to clean the bag, she abruptly walked away mid-conversation without offering any explanation or response. Her attitude made it clear I wasn’t welcome, so I left the store immediately. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially toward a returning customer.
