I have used Purple Parking several times and always be happy with the service.
This time when arriving at the airport at 4.00am the barrier did`nt lift. I called the attendant who said my reg did`nt match my booking. It had my old vehicle reg I sold 7 years ago. I parked at Purple Parking Gatwick earlier this year in this car with no problem. I was made to take a ticket to enter. I rang Purple Parking whilst away and It was all sorted out I did`nt have to pay twice. I will use Purple Parking again.
