“Always happy using Purple Parking, although we did have a slight problem when we realised the day before flying that the registration on the documents were incorrect although the make and colour of our car was correct, unfortunately we couldn’t get hold of anyone and the help guide was unable to change the information, fortunately we were able to resolve this at the car park but only this time due to GDPR !!! The moral of the story is make sure you double check the details on your documents !!”

“Pretty straight forward once we found the entrance as there was no purple parking signs so was unsure at first if we were in the right place. Plenty of spaces to park. Bus transfers were quick and easy .”

“Well signposted and easy to find, dropping car ff and handing in keys only took a few minutes, bus was waiting so was at the terminal with 10 minutes. Only a 5 minute wait for the bus on our return. Busy getting our keys when we returned as there was people checking in as well as checking out but not too much of a wait. Very satisfied with APH and will use again”
