Million other services to choose from – stay away from this one. When I left my car before catching my flight, I asked the two people behind reception what I should do if I decided to extend my stay abroad. Their answer was, “Oh, just get in touch with us and we will charge you the equivalent of what you have paid for this booking.” Based on this information, I felt confident extending my trip, knowing that I would be charged around £9 per day = £54. However, it turned out that both of these people misled me, and the charge is actually a fixed fee of £120. As a result I ended up paying an extra £120 for six additional days, after already paying £89 for a 10-day stay. I tried to contact customer service, make a complaint, email the manager—you name it. No one cares enough to assist with your enquiry. I will never use their service again, which is such a loss for them, as I travel a lot.

This may be Holiday Extras rather than Purple Parking. The Meet and Greet drop off a Gatwick was fine, even though it is now in one of the car parks. However the pick-up was a long walk to the collection office at a nearby hotel, then a queue of people waiting to be seen, then another walk to my car. Not what I expected since previous Meet and Greet services I've used where the pick-up has been in the Arrivals area where the car is handed over personally. Still, it's priced between Long-Stay and Short-Stay parking, but it would've been useful to get a heads-up regarding the 'not so' Meet and Greet when collecting the car.

100% help, from the moment I reached the barrier. Bring disable, they got in touch with airport assistance & made sure I was safe & happy. This experience really helped me & I was relaxed, ready for my flight. Thank you so much purple parking...see you in May.

All very well organised. Case cages on the bus difficult to use especially when in a hurry. Difficult to find return bus stop - not clearly signed.

The service was great and convenient to the airport but my only criticism would be that the SatNav directions could be clearer as it took us into the Premier Inn car park!! Otherwise, no complaints, very happy with the service overall

PP went out of their way to help me. I'm quite disabled & need a lot of help with luggage, a 'walker etc but they made getting into the airport, after parking my car, a breeze. I can't thank them enough & can't wait for my next adventure, starting with Purple Parking. Thank you once again.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint about the unacceptable service I received from your airport parking shuttle on my recent return from holiday. When we arrived back, the bus driver refused to stop at the correct bus stop for our car park. Instead, we were taken two stops past our actual stop, forcing us to walk approximately 35 minutes with our luggage to reach our car. This was extremely inconvenient, especially after a long journey, and it is not the level of service your company advertises.

Having lost the flight for custom very long delays I had to spend one night in a very expensive hotel To top it all I had to pay £70 extra for just one day extra parking Apart from this the experience was excellent. Regards

Really easy! Shame there aren't trolleys to move from the car to the office and bus but that's the only negative. Good location, well explained process, great number of busses. On collection, the car was ready, easily load-able, easy exit. Staff helpful and friendly
