Not a question just an observation. When we got back our car was blocked in by one of your employees silver car parked in front of ours. This was at Gatwick. 10/12/25 One of the employees saw the problem and with us directing him just managed to get it out. That was not good did not want to put it in reviews. The guy who got the car out was a black guy, lovely courteous man.

Initially clicked on Purple Parking and was transferred to Southampton Cruise Ltd, assume they are affiliated to you? When in minibus waiting to be taken to port, staff moved my car to park it and reversed it quite hard into side of minibus, did not apologise, just drove it off, if I see damage underneath will they pay for repair?

One complaint, when I got back to my car the person driving had dropped the steering wheel right down - do your drivers really need toske this sort of adjustment? (If the do it would be nice if they coy move it back up after driving the car).
