This may be Holiday Extras rather than Purple Parking. The Meet and Greet drop off a Gatwick was fine, even though it is now in one of the car parks. However the pick-up was a long walk to the collection office at a nearby hotel, then a queue of people waiting to be seen, then another walk to my car. Not what I expected since previous Meet and Greet services I've used where the pick-up has been in the Arrivals area where the car is handed over personally. Still, it's priced between Long-Stay and Short-Stay parking, but it would've been useful to get a heads-up regarding the 'not so' Meet and Greet when collecting the car.

All very well organised. Case cages on the bus difficult to use especially when in a hurry. Difficult to find return bus stop - not clearly signed.

The service was great and convenient to the airport but my only criticism would be that the SatNav directions could be clearer as it took us into the Premier Inn car park!! Otherwise, no complaints, very happy with the service overall

Really easy! Shame there aren't trolleys to move from the car to the office and bus but that's the only negative. Good location, well explained process, great number of busses. On collection, the car was ready, easily load-able, easy exit. Staff helpful and friendly

Very efficient. However, signage to Purple Parking confusing as Meet and Greet was also in purple. All rather different from when I worked as a chauffeur for PP 2003 to 2004.

Good service, but you could do with running the bus service a little bit more frequent as we were waiting at T5 bus stop 30 for almost 30 min late at night.

The gentlemen at the reception desk was very welcoming and informative. The only thing i wished i had taken them up on was yo wash my car as it so dirty. Mot sure where they keep the cars but defo get them wash it

Smooth efficient: no problems except transfer buses design leave much to be desired. Storage foe cases is ok if you are a weight lifter: for the elderly they are a challange.

For some reason we found the ground floor of the Green stay multi story confusing and went round in circles. Other than that, no issues at all!

Very good convenient parking, some logistical issues as when you arrive before you r flight, there might be no immediate spaces available in sector A, you can find access roads blocked off by plastic barriers etc. Overall convenient and reasonably priced parking

The price was very reasonble and the drop off point is very close to the terminal. The only downside was the fact there were three different booths handling the admin of the drop off and they had no sensible system for identifying which one to go to. We ended up having to go to all three booths before we found the right one. This wasted a lot of time.

It was good and I would use them again BUT you need yo make it crystal clear that you work together with Q Parking because yesterday whilst waiting fir the bus at no. 7 or8 bus stop at Gatwick many buses came in all with different company names including Q Parking, no mention of purple parking on the front of the bus then ONLY as it drove off did I see purple parking on the back of the bus so too late it was gone so had to wait for the next one, very annoying indeed!!! There was also a young couple with a baby and another lady passenger that also watched it go so something is def not made clear enough!! Spoke yo the driver who said Qpark was on back of our collection ticket, he showed us a white card with black writing that did stand out BUT my card was black with black writing amd I did not see it. So I suggest you improve this or you may get some bad reviews, thank you. On the second bus Purple Parking was written on the electronic sign but on the first bus that we all missed it said Q Parking so we had no idea it was our bus until it went passed us, grrrr!!

Drop off and pick up were extremely quick and easy, however on pick up my car was covered in bird poo everywhere! I understand that cars are parked outside but it must have been under a tree as there were multiple coloured poos with an enormous brown 3 on the bonnet and a big white one dripped all over the passenger door handle which I had to try and wipe in order to get in!

On reflection, the meet and greet parking at London City Airport was very good - I'm deducting a star as there was a distinct lack of clear communication about the meeting points and on the return leg, I contacted the pick up number to ask where to meet, only to get a confusing reply. That being said, once drop off and collection points were understood, it was all very simple and effective.
