The reception & staff were friendly & efficient. Why not 5 stars? The directions & signage are terribly confusing.

The only problem I had was finding the place. You should mention that the car park is shared with Q Park where the writing is more prominent. Also state on instructions that this is a dual carriageway. Once I entered, it was not clear where I should drive too. One of your employees moved a cone that was blocking the road and then disappeared. It is not clear that drivers should carry on until they got to reception - there were no signs for it! Once these issues were overcome, the rest was plain sailing. It was quick and efficient. The return journey from the airport was painless. Now that I know the drill I will use again but please make it easier for virgin users!

It's a carpark.. where i parked my car in a parking spot. Shuttle was quick and not too far to take our luggage. I did pay extra whilst booking for delayed flight and our flight was delayed so it did work out only £8, so did save a few quid , but whilst driving to the barrier to get out, it tried charging me £340 but after speaking too an employee and he realised after putting my registration through computer that I'd already paid for the week . He said sorry and off I went . I would stay there again and cheap enough.

Another good experience with Purple Parking, I didn't have to wait long for either bus, service was efficient at the desk. Could maybe improve the directions to the parking location (having said that, I found it first time) and Gatwick parking is not particularly cheap (PP is one of the better ones, though) but I was happy with my experience. Thanks!

Quite hard to find the location from postcode on google maps as located by a bus lane. I had to ring the office to ask what to put into google maps before. We got lost in the one system 3 times and were nearly going to miss flight. Needs better signposting to get there. Otherwise all straightforward.

It was easy to drop off and easy to pick up, My only issue why I didn’t give a 5 star review was the signage at the airport it started and then suddenly stopped leaving me frustrated especially 4.15 in the morning ☹️

Great service from the staff, but we had booked for 10 days, upon getting to departures we were told our flight was cancelled with no other flights available so within 3 hours we were collecting our car, asked for any of refund but were told not possible, contact the airline

Travelled from Stansted. Had meet and greet. Helpful and friendly staff even at the ungodly hour of 2am upon our return. Only thing I would suggest is that they need better signage at airport for "meet and greet" as like many others it looks as though you are pulling into the drop off point for the car but you are actually going through to pick up/drop off and you end up getting fined so they definitely need additional sign warning people that this is not for car drop off at the meet and greet and you need to go to next exit off the roundabout!!!!
