“Great service, would definitely use again. My only criticism is that the position of my car seat and steering wheel were altered quite drastically, was that really necessary? It meant rather than being able to sit in the car I actually fell into the car.”

“Really impressed with Purple Parking - very efficient and value for money compared to other options for getting to and from the airport. I would suggest that their signage needs to be improved and more obvious - especially when trying to find them at 3am!!”

“There was no one there to greet us this time to tell us which lane to park in but we just used our imagination! Staff friendly and bus was waiting. On the way back we had to wait about 15/20 minutes for a bus which is a bit of a pain when you have had a long journey. But got to the desk first and our car was parked in a nice space unlike last time when they were so close together you couldn’t even get in!”

“Reasonable price and plenty of spaces. Just two recommendations to Purple Parking: Put up some signposts to show people the Long Stay parking includes PP. Improve directions, what is available is wrong and leads travellers to Jet Parking!”

“My return flight was cancelled and then rescheduled to the following day and to a different terminal. Quick phone call to Purple Parking and the extra day was booked and collection from the new terminal confirmed. Great support from the team at Purple Parking.”
