Only issue is we were told to wait as the car was on its way We waited 15minutes then enquired but told it was already there. Apart from that everything was very good

It was all straight forward. Handover easy and was lucky bus was there waiting. Pick up within 5 mins and car ready and waiting when i got there. Only minor issue is that bus goes to all terminals so takes a while from airport to car park, but TBH i have done meet and great before and the car is not there and waited 30 mins so its about the same

Pleased with the location.reasonable price. One small problem the driver of my car didn’t activate the ignition key procedure properly causing a problem on my exit as the key wouldn’t stay in and car could be started without it requiring a staff member to re-activate it.

Used your service for many a year, all worked well, apart from the journey from T3 via T5, then back to Q Park, a long journey after a long flight.

Checking in was very quick and easy, 5.30 am Tues 3 Feb, but had to wait 25 mins at bustop in T3 for pick up Thurs 5 Feb, so i assume i'd just missed a bus pick up. The bus then drives on to other terminals before returning to Car park. But still the most competitive parking price i could find

Very efficient. Car was ready on return. Our only issue is the staff at the airport could be a little more friendly. At times it seemed we were an inconvenience!

Easy to find airport with directions and all details provided efficiently. Definitely recommend, transfers shuttle buses frequently through out the 24hr to both departures and arrivals. Polite and friendly staff. Thanks

Great going out. Found a space fairly easily. Helpful driver. Didn’t have to wait for the bus. On our return we had to wait far too long for the bus by which time we only just got on. We must have waited 30 mins so others must have waited longer.

The booking process was easy and efficient. Despite the instructions, finding the exact spot to drop off the car at Gatwick for ILoveMeet&Greet was a challenge (maybe a map, or larger signs, might help?) but staff were polite and effective. On return, we stuck to the required process and,again, staff on the phone were helpful, but it took some 25 minutes for the car to arrive at the airport. There may be good reasons but that is too long for an ostensibly premium product - hence one star dropped.

Parking easy but key drop off complicated for disabled. On return slow process getting keys back. Due to construction bus stops away from key pick up

All went smoothly, however, getting back and forth to/from terminal 3 took a little longer due to multiple stops. Otherwise, good experience. Have used the service multiple times and have no real complaints with Purple Parking

All the usual expected efficiency. But: the new practise of having to show car park tickets before boarding the bus back wasn't expected and held up the queue on a cold rainy night. The Purple Parking/Q Park branding is confusing. Make clear which it is or have one combined name and logo. On our return there were two staff on duty but the first customer with one had lost his ticket, and the first with the other staff member had a dispute. Both took ages holding up all returned guests. Problem collections should be required to wait while normal collections are processed.
