Good service and competitive pricing. However, the shuttle service could’ve been more frequent.

Having needed to ask a couple of questions of Purple Parking about the return procedure - as I was booking my car in (Not an easy task), overall the experience was excellent. However there were a couple of points you ought to be aware off a) the young lady, when we were picking up our car from Bath Rd, either had had a bad day so far or didn’t like people asking where their car was parked in your compound (right outside your office) & b) The digital clock displayed in the Shuttle bus taking us to & from the airport was 1 hour wrong ie it had not been changed since the clocks were changed some months ago & the driver did not think this was important.

Park in Newcastle second time now have no complaints at all both times drove in and out without any problems would 100% recommend

The booking process was easy, along with being kept informed all the way up to arrival. The instructions for the parking were a bit vague at the end, where you should have said to go into the short stay carpark, collecting a ticket as you enter. The rest was pretty straight forward. Please be aware that the time that you specify needs to be adhered to as near as you can, as we arrived 45 minutes late, having driven over 200 miles, getting stuck in traffic at the end, so had to pay £7.00 for the short stay parking ticket, as the driver had gone elsewhere. We had called ahead to let them know of the delay, but to no avail! The collection was fine. Overall, it was a good service

Airparks Express close to Birmingham Airport. Needs the word Airparks illuminated or high visible paint as couldn't find in the pitch black at 6am and 9pm. Needs lighting in blocks and row location signage as struggled to find car on return. Bus drivers very informative.

Did the drop off service at Gatwick north and was very smooth service. My only criticism would be the route you have to take to get to the terminal round the car park on a narrow path then across the road into terminal. Not ideal if you have mobility issues or multiple cases.

I gave this review because of staff attitude towards me when I am about to drop my car on the third of this month 3/12/25 Other than that Purple parking is still the best and nothing compares And on returning back the guy that was standing close to where the buses always parked to convey passengers was dam rude as well I showed him an object of concern in front of my car and tge answer given to me was that ( that has got nothing to do with him) I took my time to ask again and he still repeated same answer but because I was heading to South Wales and I was tired bein on the air overnight I coukd have made a report or complaint by the desk

Drop off smooth and efficient - bus to terminal waiting :-) Luggage racks quite high for heavy suitcases! Didn't wait long for pick up at airport. Perhaps the receptionists could be encouraged to smile - it doesn't cost anything.
