We used Purple Parking at Heathrow many years ago and I said I would never use them again. However, we needed parking at Heathrow recently and gave them another try. What a difference! The staff we had dealings with were polite, efficient and helpful, unlike our previous experience! The only criticism I would have is the shuttle service with Purple Parking was disappointing. We may have just missed a bus and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the next one. During that time, we saw many other Heathrow Airport parking buses come and go. The wait was far too long, especially after a long flight, and it made the overall experience just that little bit disappointing.

Overall very efficient, however on our return when we boarded the bus to pickup the car, the driver lacked communication and not helpful with passenger's drop off stops.

Efficient, Bus left depot on time and quite quickly reach T5. Collection was good and quite quick back to depot. However, we understood that there is another depot at T5 and wonder why we were not booked in there as the transit time would be shorter.

Convenient and saves me from driving around the airport. One star off for the return bus being extremely full of people. Need more buses at busy times. This didn’t used to happen with Purple Parking.

Although everything worked out OK there was some confusion over where we were supposed to drop the car off. The website instructions said go to Car park 5 in the short stay South Terminal car park. There is no car park 5. The location was actually in car park 3, better known as the orange car park. Having found this out by trial and error, there was no signage within the carpark, only a white vehicle with a completely different logo.

The delivery was excellent. However the collection from T5 took rather longer than expected, well in excess of the 15 minutes advertised.

All was good but I think when you leave instructions for pick up it should be noted thst it’s the ORANGE buses only for APH car park

Hi well the car wasn’t recognised on entry and then even when ticket was placed in outgoing machine it rejected it and had to call for assistance to be let out so not a faultless parking time but we will use you again

Very efficient service, friendly staff. The only downside was there was not sufficient room on the bus to put suitcases when crowded and difficult to put cases on higher shelf

Hassle free experience. Would be helpful if the booking included instructions e.g. drive to barrier take ticket. Barrier will recognise your number plate upon exit so ticket will not be required.

Arrived from Málaga to Stansted airport happy with the parking very good but a little disappointed about how long we waited for the bus to Jet Parks there was three long stay buses turn up before we got bus .
