Travelling to the airport - by whatever means - is stressful, and anything that reduces that has to be worth considering, which is why I was (relatively) happy to drive to Stansted and park at 03:30 one summer morning. I gave Long Stay a try this time, to compare it with my usual choice, Medium Stay. The biggest shock was the huge queue for the transit bus at four in the morning: so many people that two buses came and went before I could get on one (one didn't even stop; it was packed from the previous stop). That was something of a logistical failure on the part of whoever arranges the buses and it needs addressing. Otherwise, all good. Arrival and departure were smooth and simple and the ANPR worked fine.

Easy booking and car drop-off. Collection disappointing - no Purple Parking bus to collect us from the airport on return. Exceptionally Heathrow was kept open beyond curfew time to get people home after delays. Purple Parking should have laid on a bus collection service as Maple Parking did. We had to get a taxi back to P Parking which took a long time.

Purple parking is easy to use. The only Fault I had when I went to collect my car from Drop n Go the Drivers window was fully open.

Very good efficient service at the port parking for Dover. The only reason i did not give 5* is down to the fact that sat nav takes you to Tescos car park and there are no specific signs to the actual car park.

Not the easiest to find the right gate. Google maps took me to easyJet staff car park. Couldn't actually see a purple parking sign anywhere. Parking itself was easy and mini bus drop off was OK although they wait to have full load so it's not every 10 min. Bus back was quite similar. We were baking in a hot bus before he got full load. It wasn't clear where at the car park is going to stop but the driver was easy going and stopped next to my car😄. Getting out was easy too No problem even with being half an hour late to leave due to flight delay. On general positive experience. Felt like shuttle in Greece or Spain but with friendly customer service lads. Will use again but will allow half an hour for transfer.

Was a straightforward drop off and a hood price but I returned to my car in the middle of the night and although car was very dirty/dusty I noticed there was a scuff from another vehicle on the passenger side door which was disheartening.

All very straightforward and painless. I was confused though, why however stored/retrieved my car felt it necessary to adjust all the mirrors, and the seat (rake and height) and worst of all, not put them back.

Easy to use, friendly staff and reasonable price for the week. The only issue was that I had to climb over my passenger seat to get in to the drivers side🤣

I was not able to find where to meet and we incurred a charge of £6.50 x 2 trying to locate the car park. We had not been sent a number to ring as before. Apart from that the collection arrangment was ok.

It was difficult to find car park, as was looking for signs posted purple parking cost us £6.00 in Cardiff airport trying to find it, but when we did it was so simple and friendly service .

I used the long stay car park, having booked on the Internet and printed out the details. On arrival it seemed that there was a problem with the barrier(s). One barrier was permanently open and a lady security attendant was "checking" cars as they went through. I said that I had booked on the Internet and was ushered through without needing to show any proof. No problems finding my car I noted where I had left it, but was unable to leave the car park. The cameras failed to recognise my number plate and I had no "ticket" so the barrier didn't open. I pressed the help button and was let out after proving who I was. So, no interrogation entering the car park, but difficulty leaving. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Birmingham Airport. The location was fine, easy to find and easy to park. We just missed a bus and consequently it took nearly 40 mins for us, from the time of arrival at the car park to arriving at the airport. Coming back we waited at the airport bus stop for nearly an hour without a bus arriving. There were roadworks on the return journey, as these were known about perhaps it would have been prudent to use 2 buses.

Everything went very smoothly and we were very happy with the service. Just one complaint: I made the booking in my name. I am a woman and a wheelchair user. When we arrived, I presented the paperwork to the man at the desk and he COMPLETELY ignored me, addressing all the questions and comments to my husband. The booking was in my name and I had provided my mobile phone number, but he asked my husband for his mobile number. That is downright rude and I was not happy at all! Staff training is required.
