Parking was extremely difficult in the designated car park which was not beneficial when trying to navigate your flight times.

Quick transfer on arrival at the car park straight to Heathrow T5 as no passengers for other terminals. On return Purple parking is great if you do not mind waiting, On our arrival at Heathrow T5 the bus was just arriving at the bus stop great, No it was full, a few people waiting in line got on we then had to wait a further 25 minutes with a group who also had been waiting for over 30 minutes for the next bus and then the next bus, in the afternoon rush hour the long wait after a long flight you get what you pay for.

We parked at Maple Parking for Terminal 5, very handy and was a short transfer. However when we returned the car was onsite undamaged but looked like it had been parked on a farm! Filthy inside and out, the inside of my Ford Pumas grill is full of leaves, goodness knows where they have come from? I’ll need to remove this now to get them out, not good!

The parking on the Charlwood site was excellent, but the information given via Holiday Extras (for Purple Parking) when our flight home was cancelled was completely incorrect, thus impacting on our most recent satisfaction with the Purple Parking experience. It should be clearly stated what to do if your flight home is cancelled or delayed. I was informed via a chat service to rebook for the days we wouldn't be able to collect. Infact Q parking (for PP) merely charges £20 a night for any overstay. There is no opportunity to extend the booking on line at that point. So presently i have 2 cases pending for refunds having taken the insurance add on on the original booking. I have to say however that Steve at Holiday Extras has been extremely helpful, so hopefully a satisfactory outcome will occur. Having used Purple Parking many times previously, the service has always been excellent. Great transfers and car always in good condition and readily available on collection.

Service wasn't too bad on arrival, BUT on return i waited like 40min for my car, seemed people on same flight as me only waited 10-15min

Simple booking process and quick on arrival at the airport, but the instructions where to go need to be made a lot clearer. We ended up driving around twice before finding the correct location.

Good price but difficult to find a parking space. Positive: The carpark was easy to get to and reasonably priced (vs on airport parking). For Improvement: The carpark I was assigned to was overfilled and I struggled to find a space that I could fit my car into. Someone should have been checking this frequently and closing near-full carparks. Too greedy?? Parking spaces were poorly defined and car park lanes in need of repair. Spaces were probably too small for some modern cars.

The drop off and pick up at the airport went really well, however I was disappointed with the way I received the car back as the drivers foot well was covered in mud .

Going was great, but coming home was a nightmare. Tried to call the number as instructed but on hold for 30 mins. In that time I got to the pick up desk and then had to wait another 20 mins for the car to come.

The option to meet and greet is excellent. No parking worries, waiting, faff - so easy, fast and straightforward. Would use again if doing a long stay. The reason for giving a 3 is that the car had been parked in a muddy field or car park, and a newly cleaned car was returned with a number of dirty sections.

Car delivery was fine. Waiting 30 minutes in a cold and windswept car park for your car is not what we have come to expect from Purple Parking. Significant deterioration in standard of service.

Drop off was excellent, collection, not so good. Instructions on where vehicle was parked were incorrect, which in that car park, could have been a nightmare Fortunately I managed to locate the vehicle myself

Book was ok Find the place was bit of problem first went to the drop key park then staff directed to the keep my keys parking. Usually expensive prices but this time I took the sale so I got a reasonable price. Overall it was not bad.

Picked up 2 people from T2 on full size bus and travelled through the rush hour to T5 to pick up...... zero people. Then to fight all the way back along Bath Road; what a waste of time. Bring back the phone system and dedicated minibuses to terminals. Sorry, didn't make me happy.

I have used Purple Parking before and have always been happy. On this occasion at Heathrow Terminal 3 drop off was difficult do to the lack of available parking spaces to leave the car on l bel 4, but eventually got parked. Arriving hone I phoned at 19:45, as requested, to advise that I had the bags and was on the way. When I arrived to collect the car I was advised that it would be a couple of minutes, then 40 minutes on and there is no sign of it. I could see it was still sitting in the Holiday Inn carpark. There were about another ten or fifteen people who have arrived since I got there. Eventually got in the car at 20:45, I do not think an hour wait is acceptable. The poor guy giving keys couldn’t do anything, he kept phoning but didn’t seem to get much response except there weren’t enough drivers.

Disaster trying to find drop off at Gatwick in the dark and rain. Directions were poor and what three words was not accurate and took us to a spot outside the Premier Inn! Barrier did not lift automatically. Reception staff totally ignored us initially and then were very dismissive and unhelpful. On the upside there were no issues when we collected the car and the different staff were helpful.

The directions to the floor of the car park at Heathrow are not clear. Our booking reads as ‘meet and greet’ which is the sign we followed (1st floor) which was the wrong floor (we needed the 4th) which cost us an extra £19:50 just for going to the wrong floor for a minute, we didn’t even leave the car. There is not enough room for the check in desks by the lifts with people coming and going and it was all very chaotic and unorganised and the staff were rude and unfriendly. As such I will not use this parking again.
