The process was very efficient and prior information clear and useful. On the return however, the cars were parked so close together, it was difficult to get in the car and very difficult to manoeuvre out, it took us several attempts. Needs more care in positioning. The main problem was the cars parked behind giving very little room.

Hmmm … it rains a lot in U.K and in the dark and deluge it wasn’t easy to see the parking space number to make a note of as the paint was worn. The overall lighting was insufficient to be able to spot and avoid the puddles and covered walkways would’ve allowed customers to get to drop off point without being drenched.

Made me feel safe to park the car near airport, and I drive between to purple park and home is smoothly, but the distance between parking and airport is a bit far.

The booking platform itself was straight forward and user friendly. The actual parking was cost effective. What wasn’t so great was Michelle the customer service agent we had to encounter on trying to leave the car park (Mid Stay STN) Her tone and customer service in general was shocking. She claimed you aren’t to press ticket on arriving and said this was stated on the website. It quite clearly is not and the button was pressed as the barrier did not open. Hopefully Michelle’s not working if you have any issues lads!

Parking before our trip was a nightmare, Staff was rude and unhelpful, post trip was better but I wouldn’t use the meet and greet service again.

Reasonable prices and regular courtesy coach transfers to and from the airport. The actual car park feels a bit dark/gloomy and the reception staff weren’t as friendly as at some other car parking facilities. However, the coach drivers were really unfriendly and grumpy which made a poor start to our holiday and a very unwelcome return to the country.

The system all worked properly, and the parking went pretty much according to plan. However, the wait for the bus to collect me from the airport late at night was unacceptably long. I have a suggestion on how to improve your service and not ailienate your customers. Although I am a long-term and reguilar user of your service, I was promising never to use you again while waiting and waiting to be picked up by the bus. To improve your service, this is what you need to do. Add onto your website (and make available as an App) a functiion where customers can see where your buses are. If a bus is at the depot and hasn't left yet, then you need a count-down timer showing the customer how long it is till that bus will leave. So simple in these days of intrenet and apps......

Efficient drop off.. at garage ..waited longer than expected for pick up.then had to go from Terminal 3 out to Terminal 5 before heading back to base...I think waiting and doing the circuit took us over 50 minutes...not so great

We had pre-booked but the barrier did not rise when we approached and an orange token popped out. On our return the tariff at exit was £460!!!! We thought the man on the intercom was a bit sarcastic. He said we shouldn’t have taken the orange token on arrival! At least we had our paperwork with us for proof of pre-booking.

It was not really Purple Parking that made me happy, except for providing your website to facilitate our booking with Maple Parking Express Park & Ride T5. In fact, I rather delayed your Purple Parking bus while trying to understand whether he would also be going to Maple. Your driver had no knowledge of your connection with Maple - and I still don't completely understand it. But Maple were great when their bus arrved about 5 minutes after yours. If you could make your relationship clearer on your website - e.g. a warning such as "DON'T get onto the Purple Parking bus, wait for the Maple bus" would be very helpful indeed!

Very efficient but it was not obvious to me (though I’m sure it was in the small print) that my car would be driven 6 miles away to be parked. I’m sure Purple/Maple are a legit business, but I really hate the idea of some unknown, probably low paid worker driving my car. Also, drop off staff, although quite effective, struck me as being rather ‘minimal’ with the customer niceties. Pick up staff were a little more friendly. Really annoyed that not only had my seat and mirrors been moved (fair enough), but other settings on the car (air conditioning and steering wheel height and rake adjustment made). In my view, unnecessary for a short trip. The reason I used Maple this time is because I had issues with vehicle damage with other Meet And Greet providers at LHR in the past, so did not want to leave my keys or have my car driven. Won’t be using them again frankly, will just pay the extra for LHR park and ride

Had an issue on our return so couldn't leave the parking straight away flat battery so had to wait for rescue to arrive, no number available at 2 o'clock in the morning to contact in an emergency to say our departure would b delayed,other than that no issue's

In 9 months the cost of meet and greet has doubled with no change to the service. Upon arrival back to the uk I also found that my built in dash cam to my car had been tampered with. I will be looking for alternative parking at stanstead airport!!

Using the Gatwick North Meet and Greet isn't the easiest to find to either drop-off or pick up the car (especially with luggage). Aside from that, no complaints.

Meet and greet at Gatwick South. Great drop off but told we had to phone after collecting luggage on return? I wasn’t expecting this. Led to a 20 minute delay waiting for car. Should rename it to meet and wait 20 minutes whilst we go and get your car. Might as well have gone to long stay?

I was very impressed with dropping the car off and being taken to the port. Our return was not smooth. On the website it was stated that pick ups run from 6am to noon but when we dropped off the car they gave us a card which said pick ups from 8am to noon so this contravened what I had booked. We were off the ship by 7:20 and my elderly Mum was not well. I tried to phone but no reply until 7:34 when I was told that they would not pick us up before 8am even though I explained that my Mum was not well. There was no where to sit, so I had to make a seat for her on my suitcase. As we waited more and more people arrived waiting to be picked up but there were only 6 seats on the bus, so many people were left waiting for another bus.

Again my car seems to have been well looked after, however it seemed to be a very long wait for a bus to pick us up, we then had to go through all the other terminals dropping off and picking up so it was nearly two hours after getting to the bus stop I opened my car door, which I far to long as it's only an hour and a half to home. Also on this occasion everything in the car had been changed I understand the seat but both wing mirrors had been moved dramatically the radio was on a channel which I had never heard of everything had been changed around
