No problem finding driver on arrival only problem we changed hotels and tried to contact on the telephone numbers supplied to change our pick but all the numbers were not in use.

Polite and helpful service but the car was covered in birds mess and twigs and leaves as if it had been parked under a tree somewhere

Pick up was good easy and within good time, however on arrival back to UK waited over an hour for bus back to carpark.

I have used PP lots over the last few years and have never had an issue. This time we arrived at the barriers and saw that there were signs saying that my type of vehicle (9 seater) wasn't classed as a commercial vehicle even tho we have it because we have a large family. Upon dropping off the keys I was informed that the car would not be insured under the parking insurance because they considered my vehicle to be a commercial vehicle so I would have to pay an additional £25 per day for it to be covered under the insurance. Firstly I have used PP previously with this vehicle and havent had an issue. Secondly, when booking this was not raised on the form when giving details. It's incredibly inconvenient to begin your holiday to be out of pocket by an additional £225 on top of the £160 already paid for parking. Upon returning my car was parked under a tree which was dropping sap and leaves. My car was sticky and I had trouble clearing the windows to be able to see while driving. I won't be using PP again unfortunately considering they have been so helpful and provided an excellent service in the past

Was pretty good - only complaint was the bus on the return journey didn’t seem to run to schedule so would suggest keeping to the proposed timing.

Car was returned in same condition as left. I will not use again - the official Heathrow parking is more expensive but way less hassle, and you know exactly where your vehicle will be during your trip away.

Purple parking made me anxious whether I was going to find a parking space which I’d paid for. Eventually found one in overspill area. Not enough buses on. Pick up and return at the car park instead of using one bus for pick ups and one for return. Chaotic time bus full people standing, difficulty being able to retrieve suitcases. A better system needs to be introduced, with regards to Health and Safety of the passengers.

A lot better this time as your staff were good on my outward trip. Waited quite a time in my return as no one picked up the phone for 15 minutes and therefore had to wait some time for the car

Once we found you at Gatwick South, the service was great. Finding you was an issue, as there is another (separate) purple parking in the first short stay car park - we entered there by mistake and their ANPR accepted us ... and then we were shouted at for being in the wrong place and threatened with a £60 fine. Please make it clear on your instructions that your entry is in the ORANGE car park on Level 1. Some signage at the entrance to the Orange car park would help too.

The hotel and parking worked very well and went smoothly with a pleasant room . The transfer to terminal 3 went well for our flight out. Unfortunately the return transfer was not good. The information on the transfer ticket was incorrect and we had a lot of problems trying to find our driver to pick us up from terminal 3

The park and ride was ok but it did not make anyone happy, going to the airport but the return Pick up in the early hours of the 18/05/25 was shocking. Mini buses only taking half the capacity No help loading cases Then driver leaving people trying to get on bus while struggling to bring cases on because no room in the hold We had a half coach with seats for about 40 and he took half the capacity because he didn’t open all the suitcase doors got us to load the cases so people were left behind. Just laziness and very unprofessional. Would not use this service again

Easy to get through the gates, plenty of spaces, bus going out was prompt and quick. However, bus coming home took 25 minutes to the car and then drove through all the car parks to get to ours. Wouldn't book long stay again with small children.

Car drop off and pick up were fine. We flew out of terminal 5 but returned to terminal 4 and tried to contact them to ask how to get to terminal 2, 3 or 5 as they dont pick up at terminal 4. No one answered so we texted and they replied telling us the bus stops for 2,3 and 5. Asked airport staff and third person knew about the free shuttle. Still ended up walking a long distance with our cases.

Great price. Further away from airport than I realised and time it took to check in and actually get to airport significantly longer than expected. Sat in bus for almost 15 mins before it departed.

Took 10mins on the phone to get through to operator when collecting the car on arrival and then another 25mins for car to arrive, so not as advertised. They left drivers seat heating on full - amusing for them perhaps as it was warm outside.

Car was returned dirty from where it had been parked. Tree sap, bird poo and dirt left on the car. When I booked this, I asked straight away and was told they would happily return the car to us at another Terminal (as the return leg was to a different part of the airport) if we just let them know on the phone when we land. Nearer the time, we were told we had to pay £20 extra for this to be done. It was too late to arrange alternative parking but we could have got parking a lot cheaper at our time if booking if this extra charge was advised at the time!
