Friendly staff at the car park and car ready on our return. Unfortunately, had to wait a long time for the bus on our return and when a bus did turn up, there wasn't enough room to fit everyone on so had to wait another 15 minutes. Not what you want at midnight!

Meet and Greet at Stansted involved as much walking as parking in one of the green car park spaces. Had no problems, never have with Purple, but the meet and greet concept has kind of drifted away. Think I'll probably just park in one of the 'colour' car parks at Stansted next time.

I parked in the main airport parking area. I've done this on a number of visits to Lpl before. On entry I was directed to zones E & F (I think). I've always assumed this was because earlier zones were full. I've done this before and have never seen any spaces on the way. This time I spotted a space close to the multistorey car park. This was very convenient, so parked in this space. On return, when trying to exit the car park, I was unsuccessful and called for assistance. I was told that I'd parked in the wrong zone and needed to pay a surcharge of £20. Whilst I accept that I didn't park in the zones indicated, there wasn't any information to suggest that a surcharge was payable for parking elsewhere - in the same car park. I had seen, on previous visits, a separate segregated zone adjacent to the terminal, which I took to be a premium option. My parking confirmation, on 3/8/25 at 18.28, ref-JRHJPS made no mention of any surcharge for parking in, what appeared to be, an open zoned car park. Needless to say this soured my experience of parking through Purple Parking. I'll be looking at offsite parking, with transport to and from the airport, on future holidays with Jet2.

Not happy there was confusion on arrival and had to wait to park worried that we would miss the flight. The attendant was rude and abrupt due to being busy and not enough staff. On return my car was parked in an ackward place and additional mileage clocked???? The bus took ages to get to south terminal two were full up and third almost didn’t take people waiting!!! I’m not pleased with the service and will seriously consider if I will park again with purple parking.

Machine not working to check us in on arrival, even colleague machine not working. Apparently short staffed on pick up when we got home, waiting for drivers, waited around 30 mins in the rain for my car to arrive. Normally great service, bit disappointing this time

It is difficult to get anything wrong with a product that requires so little by way of a service. Please stop calling this a “Meet and Greet” service it is nothing of the sort. It is a basic drop and go function with no frills attached.

The parking itself was fine at Liverpool , did what they said they would. The check in was simple and the gentleman took my keys no issues. When I collected my car a different gentleman addressed me as mate and I had no idea who he was talking to as there was a qué of people. He then decided to tell me off for leaving my house keys on the keys ( fyi they were not my house keys ) and said I should have read the information on the front desk that nobody mentioned when I checked in. Nor could I see said information as there was paperwork everywhere. He also seemed to have a go another customer for the time of collection changing .it was 3am I'm in pain on crutches the last thing I need is you having a go. If you hate you're job that much get a new one. There is no need for the attitude

They provided a parking space that was easy to find. But we also booked an overnight stay in the Premier Inn at the end of our holiday and we were surprised and disappointed to find that we had to pay £25 to park at the hotel that night (despite being told it would cost only £15). We’d like a refund of £20 but apparently no one is able to help us.

We have used purple parking several times before and all has been excellent,however this time when I came to pick my car up,they said it was in a certain place,so I went to find it and it wasn't there,went back in and they insisted it was there,it wasn't ,they came out to find it and obviously it wasn't there,turns out it was in a completely different place,they claimed the person who had brought my out didn't know their alphabet,got it in the end,however it was another 30 mins on my day when I just wanted to get home.

The App is easy to use and its easy to find the appropriate car park / airport. You can pre-bolk on line up to five fays in advance so mo extra time being booked in on arrival. A liitle confusing finding entrance due to extensive road works ( the app advised about the road works so gave ourselves a little extra time) Facility was secure, well marked and once car parked in area advised by reception staff you keep your own car keys. Transfer was literally 5 minutes to the airport, bus driver courteous and polite and reminded us to keep our ticket for the return bus journey and advised which bus stop to use. Return buses were frequent and clearly labelled by the colour of the bus ticket Excellent service, competitively priced , would definately use again. Thank you Purple Parking . Getting a bus from

Parking is safe The down side after being on plane for 14 hours you get picked up at terminal 2 and have to go round all the other terminals before heading back Should have bus service for terminal 2-3 and another for terminal 5

Found it incredibly hard to find/ understand where I was supposed to park. Although it stated NCP ,upon seeing charges at the car park and no mention of purple. We got lost couldn’t find a phone number. Eventually we got through and was guided to the car park . Would I use purple again yes we would but double check before hand where the car park was.

Drop off at Gatwick South was quick and easy but when we returned I called to let them know we had our bags and were heading to the car park. We then waited half an hour for our car which was only brought then because I asked to check on it. Apparently 'they' had forgotten to bring it to us. Mistakes happen I guess, it wasn't the best first time of using the service but it wouldn't put me off using them again.

Parking made easy. Easy to drop off and collect. Our car must have been parked under a tree for 10 days as cost us £20 to get the bonnet and windscreen cleaned due to tree sap

It all went swimmingly until EasyJet cancelled My return flight so I knew I would incur a £20 late pick-up charge. I paid it and went to My car. Now I know that when I get in the car it will always have been left in gear. So I started the engine and engaged the clutch, came out of gear and to My surprise the car started moving forward towards a perimeter fence as there was an incline. I realised immediately that the handbrake incredulously had not been engaged the night before. I reported this to the front-desk and received an apology plus the comment that "there could have been a nasty accident" That is certainly an understatement ! My car could have hit the fence causing front damage and I would then have been stranded probably for hours 180 miles from My home having to make rescue and repair arrangements. So Purple Parking on this occasion did not make me happy in any way. I was just glad to leave the site with My car intact. That is not to say that I will not be using them again as I have never had a problem like this before in the numerous bookings that I have made.

Close to the airport, but no reassuring signs that it actually IS Purple Parking and was a bit "put out" with a guy sat in a car and stopping me to check me in...it all,frankly, looked very dodgy! We waited for over 30 minutes for a bus at Stand G for the return, and then, only a small minibus showed up leaving many frustrated people behind. The driver look flustered and out of his depth, and less than 5 minutes later we were back at the Car Park. The whole outfit seems very ramshackle and dubious, and having been sold as "premium" parking I didn't feel like I was getting a premium service
