Car was returned dirty from where it had been parked. Tree sap, bird poo and dirt left on the car. When I booked this, I asked straight away and was told they would happily return the car to us at another Terminal (as the return leg was to a different part of the airport) if we just let them know on the phone when we land. Nearer the time, we were told we had to pay £20 extra for this to be done. It was too late to arrange alternative parking but we could have got parking a lot cheaper at our time if booking if this extra charge was advised at the time!

Basically good but needs to have a bit more to find car than zone A or B. Would need to count rows and position of car along the row next time. Plus someone looked as though they had pushed luggage between our car and scratched it. As no walkways through to next rows

The parking spot is very well situated, I just wish the confirmation email made it clearer how to get there. When you use the what 3 words, there was no signage making it clear that Purple Parking was on site. Worse, there's a different Purple Parking 10 minutes away to add to the confusion. Finally, when I got my car back my seat/mirrors adjustments were all changed! A bit annoying that.

They didnt. Whereas outbound worked as it should, return into Terminal 2 DID NOT! Purple Parking may say they serve terminals 2/3/5 but in reality the focus is 3 & 5. Terminal 2 consistently gets overlooked. I had to phone twice, other customers tried but just got the answer service. One Purple Parking bus just drove right paste bus stop 17 and ignored the people waiting. Purple Parking MUST do better and insure every bus stops at T2 without fail.

Great drop off, nice and easy. However on return even though I had filled the landing time out as there was a flight number available I had to wait 30mins for my car. Chap on the phone was rude and blamed me myself.

I think this is a great service. Drop off and pick up is super convenient and the price is good. HOWEVER, it's mad hard to find the drop-off location first time. It's not sign posted well enough and/or there aren't enough instructions in the confirmation email. It took me 3 attempts to find the drop-off location: probably this is 60% my fault as it was early in the morning but you guys could really make this easier. Thanks again.

Very difficult to say: polite staff in cramped conditions with slow movement from parking to terminal and back again. No assistance for disabled passengers from staff but plenty from other passengers. On the way back the flight took one hour but it took three to get back home as the bus travelled all over LHR before delivering passengers back.

Once we found the entrance it was fine! The problem was the supplied directions & Post Code took us the the rear of the car park and not t the actual entrance! The instructions need modifications.

Arrived to parking on Bath road to be greeted by workers leaning on lamp post smoking cigarettes, not the first impression i was hoping. Said good morning and they simply grunted back !! parked the car and walked to reception only to hear and see the workers wheel spin of in a customers car . at least when i collectd my car it seemed okay ! would i use this again ... i dont know !

Used Gatwick car park. Went to North terminal. Pro: Cheaper than the others, location is not bad. Con: super unclear where to find the bus when returning. Didn’t find instructions from the website or confirmation email. Spent 30minutes at airport searching the info. No customer phone available.

Pretty poor service and terrible signage and instructions on how to find the right place to meet and great at T4, had to drive through the drop off zone twice and then stop and call for directions, for which I have now received a ticket for, nobody at the check in desk when I eventually got there. Pretty poor experience really.

We dropped our car off with no problem, very happy with that but upon our return, 4 days later, we had to wait 30 minutes for our pick up along with one other couple. After calling the office to find out where our bus was we were advised that our bus would be along any minute?

We use Purple Parking all the time and usually no issues but this time the bus service was poor. We arrived at the car park for our outbound flight and had to wait ages for a bus the reception was full of people. On the return journey it took 1 hour from arriving at bus stop term 3 to getting back to car park.

The return of our car went very smoothly. However, on our journey out, the instructions on how to meet our dropoff driver (which were sent out to us in our email booking confirmation) were incorrect.

On our arrival they didn’t treat us like welcoming and in very last moment before we leave the airport car park we got stuck behind the barrier for up to 10 minutes before they let us off.

Drop off was great. Collection was terrible, waited over an hour for the car. Got lots of excuses as to why it hadn't arrived. Not going to use again.

was great on departure. On return was about 40 mins wait in the cold at Gatwick for the car. Supposedly due to roadworks in the area although saw none at 22.00 . if they knew about it why not text on landing and arrange for car to be delivered sooner. Used purple many times before and was good. Not so this time.

Good check-in. On return ambiguous car location information (0/cj18). Turned out car was in bay 0 which was unidentifiable in the dark. Car was hidden behind larger car. Staff treated me as an idiot. Will probably avoid this car park in future.
