It was a reasonable experience. Transport not quite as frequent as expected.

I Phoned on the number i was given from Heathrow terminal 3 baggage collection as instructed on my ticket then walked to your office on level 4, i had to wait 20 minutes for my car while there was other people coming out of the lift and got in there car, my sill on inside of my car was covered in mud , it was clean when i dropped it off

Good pricing compared to parking - why do anything else. But a few obvious gripes: 1. Phone number to call when 20 mins away is deeply hidden in documents - every time i use this service I get annoyed trying to find it. Surely this should be at the top of the receipt / app. 2. Drop off location, car park / level absolutely impossible to find on the documents - had to call to find out. Buried deep in the docs is a 'whatthreewords' locator but this is utterly pointless in a multi-storey car park + what three words wants user to down load their app (not doing) + incompatible with google maps. 3. Having several brand names for the same service is very off-putting, each with their own desks. 4. Mediocre reaction return - took 25mins (in future I'll call before the bags are out to account for the slowness) May I suggest an employee just uses the service once and all will be apparent.

Very nice Man. Smooth transfer and pick up. Let down by the parking area.

The check-in was good. The return journey was not so good, we had to wait 30 minutes for the bus, and then when it arrived (we were at T3), it went to T5, which meant that the journey back to the car park was another 30 min, not what you need at the end of a long flight. In the past, they had a separate service for T5, but it looks like this has been dropped?!

Pick up good. Thought I’d paid for indoor parking? Car had obviously been outside for a week,’

When I arrived back to collect my van. Someone had driven it in soaking wet clothes in the drivers seat and passenger seat. It stank and was still wet.

Dealings at reception quick and pleasant unlike the female bus driver! Who collected us from South Terminal about midday who was rude and aggressive when I ‘ wrongly ‘ entered the bus through the middle door . She was dressed as Santa but Satan would have been more appropriate

Once again issues getting into the car park as registration not recognised. Had to call attendant, give details and wait for barrier to be opened. Not sure what it is with Long Stay at Liverpool but always have problems. Needless to say same issue when leaving.

Quick transfer and a short wait for the bus on the way back. Swift admin/ getting the keys to the car on the way home. However, the bus staff expected me to put my luggage on the top rack which was double my height and he knew I could not reach it.

Good reception service on arrival but not happy that we had to walk to the terminal in teeming rain due to internal lift to Sofitel access being out of order, also not happy that it cost me £15 to call from abroad to inform you if a flight change because no one answered the phone for 15 minutes and it was not possible to contact you by email.

Meet and greet at Manchester (the official one) was superb. They use automated key return via a key safe. Car was ready, no need to call and waste time. However, purple gave no directions or postcode for the car park we had to use (and it’s actually not signed at the airport, only drop off and short stay are signed) so this was pretty poor. Several bookings now, I have feedback that they fail to give postcodes or directions in the confirmation email, still this is the case. I don’t want to download your app, I am not interested. Put the directions in the email. Three stars are a reflection of purples poor service but the meet and greet was 5 stars.

Good customer service, simple to use but very poorly explained online. (Heathrow) No online info about when the first bus leaves and the earliest you can park. Very unclear instructions about where pickup will be, what bus stop, and what the bus will look like etc. I ended up getting the wrong park and ride bus (from the correct stop) and having to walk 25 mins in the rain from another car park. Would I use them again? Yes, but only because I found out all this information finally and unfortunately in the hard way.

The process was very efficient and prior information clear and useful. On the return however, the cars were parked so close together, it was difficult to get in the car and very difficult to manoeuvre out, it took us several attempts. Needs more care in positioning. The main problem was the cars parked behind giving very little room.

Hmmm … it rains a lot in U.K and in the dark and deluge it wasn’t easy to see the parking space number to make a note of as the paint was worn. The overall lighting was insufficient to be able to spot and avoid the puddles and covered walkways would’ve allowed customers to get to drop off point without being drenched.

Made me feel safe to park the car near airport, and I drive between to purple park and home is smoothly, but the distance between parking and airport is a bit far.

The booking platform itself was straight forward and user friendly. The actual parking was cost effective. What wasn’t so great was Michelle the customer service agent we had to encounter on trying to leave the car park (Mid Stay STN) Her tone and customer service in general was shocking. She claimed you aren’t to press ticket on arriving and said this was stated on the website. It quite clearly is not and the button was pressed as the barrier did not open. Hopefully Michelle’s not working if you have any issues lads!

Parking before our trip was a nightmare, Staff was rude and unhelpful, post trip was better but I wouldn’t use the meet and greet service again.
