The process was easy to follow. The parking was secure. However, the directions to your site are atrocious. You need more signs!!!

It was not really Purple Parking that made me happy, except for providing your website to facilitate our booking with Maple Parking Express Park & Ride T5. In fact, I rather delayed your Purple Parking bus while trying to understand whether he would also be going to Maple. Your driver had no knowledge of your connection with Maple - and I still don't completely understand it. But Maple were great when their bus arrved about 5 minutes after yours. If you could make your relationship clearer on your website - e.g. a warning such as "DON'T get onto the Purple Parking bus, wait for the Maple bus" would be very helpful indeed!

Very efficient but it was not obvious to me (though I’m sure it was in the small print) that my car would be driven 6 miles away to be parked. I’m sure Purple/Maple are a legit business, but I really hate the idea of some unknown, probably low paid worker driving my car. Also, drop off staff, although quite effective, struck me as being rather ‘minimal’ with the customer niceties. Pick up staff were a little more friendly. Really annoyed that not only had my seat and mirrors been moved (fair enough), but other settings on the car (air conditioning and steering wheel height and rake adjustment made). In my view, unnecessary for a short trip. The reason I used Maple this time is because I had issues with vehicle damage with other Meet And Greet providers at LHR in the past, so did not want to leave my keys or have my car driven. Won’t be using them again frankly, will just pay the extra for LHR park and ride

Had an issue on our return so couldn't leave the parking straight away flat battery so had to wait for rescue to arrive, no number available at 2 o'clock in the morning to contact in an emergency to say our departure would b delayed,other than that no issue's

In 9 months the cost of meet and greet has doubled with no change to the service. Upon arrival back to the uk I also found that my built in dash cam to my car had been tampered with. I will be looking for alternative parking at stanstead airport!!

Using the Gatwick North Meet and Greet isn't the easiest to find to either drop-off or pick up the car (especially with luggage). Aside from that, no complaints.

Meet and greet at Gatwick South. Great drop off but told we had to phone after collecting luggage on return? I wasn’t expecting this. Led to a 20 minute delay waiting for car. Should rename it to meet and wait 20 minutes whilst we go and get your car. Might as well have gone to long stay?

Easy handover but no clear explanations on website or any other correspondence about how to find parking area Same experience in Birmingham last month. Clearer arrival instructions please not just post code!

I was very impressed with dropping the car off and being taken to the port. Our return was not smooth. On the website it was stated that pick ups run from 6am to noon but when we dropped off the car they gave us a card which said pick ups from 8am to noon so this contravened what I had booked. We were off the ship by 7:20 and my elderly Mum was not well. I tried to phone but no reply until 7:34 when I was told that they would not pick us up before 8am even though I explained that my Mum was not well. There was no where to sit, so I had to make a seat for her on my suitcase. As we waited more and more people arrived waiting to be picked up but there were only 6 seats on the bus, so many people were left waiting for another bus.

Again my car seems to have been well looked after, however it seemed to be a very long wait for a bus to pick us up, we then had to go through all the other terminals dropping off and picking up so it was nearly two hours after getting to the bus stop I opened my car door, which I far to long as it's only an hour and a half to home. Also on this occasion everything in the car had been changed I understand the seat but both wing mirrors had been moved dramatically the radio was on a channel which I had never heard of everything had been changed around

Arrival a bit chaotic as there was a queue and no one directing where to park. Pick up very simple however.

Easy and straightforward to drop off and pick up as usual. But a bit annoyed that it had clearly been parked near a tree with tiny yellow petals and they were all over it, including the windscreen. Could have given it a wipe.

I have used Purple parking for over 10 years and usually the service is very good - sometimes there can be a 45 minute wait for your car to be returned when you land.

The parking at PP was as usual fast and efficient. I have rated this stay overall as 3 stars because the shuttle bus on the return journey from Terminal 3 took 45 minutes [a Sunday 1600]: this VERY long journey time was due to, unusually, the bus route included Terminal 5; the traffic was not the cause. Maybe this is a Sunday feature? I consider this shuttle return duration to be unacceptable.

I found booking for booking check in at 03:00 easy, but when I turned up don't open until 03:30 and first bus 04:00 my flight departure at 06:10 not good, booking my return again easy flight arrival 22:45 but last bus pick up time 23:40 very close good job the pick up bus running late just got on it, it would be helpful to this info on website when booking times on the system

Good service. Except bus driver drove like he was in a race and pulled away rapidly before we could even sit down. Ended up hurting myself on the seat frame as I fell. Not impressed.

Drop off and pick up process was quick and easy, both members of staff very polite and professional. However the buses were a nightmare, one bus dropping off and picking up people from all terminals which was already rammed at the parking. This meant everyone having to get off the bus to let those at the back who wanted to get off out, then everyone had to again get back onto the bus at every terminal, while picking up return passengers. This could easily be fixed by having one bus for picking up passengers, and one for dropping off passengers. Both bus drivers were rude and abrupt. I would have to think hard about whether I use the service again.
