Transfer times to LHR T5 were so long after waiting for the bus that I was getting nervous about my flight and had no time to shop or eat. On the way back I got a taxi back to save time and spent the money I had saved by choosing the cheaper Purple Parking option on the cab ride. Drop off and pick up were both efficient and corteous but I won't be using this service again, I'll pay a little extra for something more convenient.

Positives: customer service inside, ease of dropping key off, picking up very good, including booking online - excellent. Negatives: on arrival, made slight mistake of taking wrong turn to entrance on arrival at 430am, was greeted by staff car with violent horn, I apologised, but they continued to sound off horn. Staff, more than anyone, should understand that mistakes can be made, perhaps not speeding on the inside of the van in a hurry to get to work, would have eased the situation. On pick up, the van was Parked at rear of car park out of the way, which is good tbh, because of the size of the vans/campervans etc, however they were parked in tight front wards, which made reversing out with other large vehicles around you, a big nightmare. There is loads of room at the rear of car park, ensuring the driver only has to drive frwd out of the parking spot, is a small change, but makes a massive difference.

The car park was easy to find however the barrier did not operate ,until I pressed the call button ,the problem was then solved by a polite operator ,and we were able to enter. The escape lounge opened on time 4 am ,but we were told on entry there was no hot food ,we were offered the choice whether or not to come in or to receive a refund .As we were there we decided to go and sit down ,the staff were fantastic ,but the lack of hot food was disappointing.

Number plate recognition not working at Jet Parks 3 Manchester. It took 20 minutes to gain entry as no one was answering the call button and no one could get in or out. Eventually got in and was given a coin through the machine for exit. Unfortunately on the return none of the cars in front had the coin and so we were stuck behind them.

Convenient and courteous service. But instrumentation in car had been changed, making me feel the car had been used more than transporting between car parks!

All good except more shuttle buses are needed - they are too infrequent and often full.

There needs to be better instructions on how to drop the car off. You have to read emails and look for the instructions for drop off in the email, it does not stand out. For example, the approach to the Heathrow Multi storey car park gets confused with Valet and Off Site Parking. If you get it wrong you end up going around and that costs you more money. I got it wrong at both T2 and T5 (good news was I was more careful on T2 this week!) But the service is good and the simple return instructions are clear.

My booking was throught Purple parking and the actual parking was managed by MBW, meet and greet. The overall parking experience was good and they were great with calling in advance and checking about our arrival both during onward and return travel. The only thing I didn't like was that they asked us to pay for the short term parking stay at the time of onward journey. We were already running late for the flight and didn't have time to understand why we had to pay. If someone can look into this that'll be great.

I fly regualrly from Heathrow T2 to Zurich and have used Purple Parking many times. The bus to and from the terminal is the problem. On the return the Heathrow, after a wait 0f up to 20 minutes for the bus to arrive, we have to suffer a further half hour ride to T3 and T5 before heading back to the depot to pick up the car. Why can there not be a separate bus to T5 as it is so much further away?

The sat nav coordinates didn’t take me to the exact car park - signage very limited to say we were in the right car park

Great service once we found the right end of car park .but really good on return will be using again for sure it's less hassle than the airport buses running around

Convenient for the airport no having to get buses. The only thing I am unhappy about is your driver changed the radio station. Changed some settings for the dashboard. And there is a scratch on the drivers side front bumper. This was not there when I left my car Obviously driver got too near a kerb. Not impressed

Easy to drop off, close to the terminal. What did not make me happy…. As a disabled traveler on return I could see my car, I walked over to it but there was no one obvious to hand me back my keys. It was very late I was exhausted when I saw the attendant sat in company car. He refused to come to me and made me walk over to him (I was on crutches) despite it being was obvious I was in pain.

The car was dropped off fine. Arrangements to do that were clear and concise. Personnel were pleasant and chatty. Collecting the car was different. There was a good 10min wait and when the car was delivered it was covered in leaves and dirt.

Real problem finding entrance off Bath Road at night with no illuminated signage. Was told temporarily broken, and if so hope it is now fixed. Efficiently dealt with booking in and out, but bus back from terminal to parking very slow.

Use this service quite a bit as I travel regularly. It's convenient, but it can take longer than it should. You never know when the bus will come on the return, and it can be full by the time it gets to T5, so you may be stood up the entire ride back to the parking facility. On the outbound, they stop at every terminal, even though there I'm sometimes the only one on the bus going to T5. Think they could do T5 first then come back the other way just to drop off the only passenger on the bus. Still, a good cost-effective option.

The outward journey was excellent, dropping the car off at your Heathrow facility and getting to Heathrow terminal 2 within 20 minutes. The return was another matter. We waited for 20 minutes at the terminal 2 bus stop before a Purple Parking bus turned up. It then did 3 more airport terminal stops picking up and dropping off passengers before getting to the Purple Parking facility on the Bath road some 35 minutes after we boarded. Total time from our arrival at the courtesy bus stop at terminal 2 to driving away in our car was approximately 1 hour - not the nicest way to end a long day travelling.

Good price and convenient (Bath Road) location. But the shuttle transfer arrangements are now abismal: took half an hour for THE shuttle bus to appear on return journey then ANOTHER half an hour to do a tour around the other terminals before we got back to the car park.

why did we get charged twenty pounds as were delayed by six and a half due a passenger dying on the outbound flight from ema to ace which affected the operating schedule we were waiting had to wait for a replacement crew to arrive in arrecife maybe you did not know the circumstances even so now you know it is a bit heartless of you
