Outbound was seamless - parking was easy and the bus to Terminal 3 very quick. Coming back in the late evening, I was surprised that the bus stopped off to pick up passengers both at Terminal 2 (expected) and then drove all the way to Terminal 5 to pick up some more. My expectation was that the bus would go straight to the parking after Terminal 2 as had happened outbound. This detour to Terminal 5, to pick up 2 passengers, added at least 30 minutes to the journey, which was very annoying at 11pm.

On the outward journey everything worked really well as expected from previous experience. How ever on the way back we had to wait for half an hour for the bus to turn up at the South Terminal and when it did it was absolutely already rammed with people and suitcases so assume they came from the North Terminal and probably had to wait a while as well hence why the bus was so full. Incidentally while we were waiting 2 buses from APH arrived and went which got everybody talking in the queue and it does appear to me from this and previous journeys that your buses are not as frequent as some of the other companies.

Generally good but took over 30 mins to load bus on outward journey due to driver wanting to pack in as many passengers and bags as possible

Umm ! Long queues to book in at 05.15! Could have been much slicker with staff st the desk as well as automated booking-in machines. Long queues also on return to collect the car. Both not helpful for someone in mid 70s.

Easy to book good price very slow letting you in , and picking you up you would expect two buses to be running , but other than that all okay I will use again , don't park near bus stop as I seen people trying to squeeze through two cars banging there cases off the cars,not good indeed

My car eventually arrived about twenty minutes after we did. The wait was unexplained, the staff seemed unprofessional, and chaotic. The client before us had the same problem, but spotted her car in the collection area, whereupon the staff could not find her car keys. Not as good as the normal service I have experienced.

Easy to book, been using purple parking meet and greet for many years always been happy. However on this occasion was very disappointed when we came to collect our car...it had not been locked? Disappointed and upset that it was not secure.

Easy to find, straightforward process, quick transfer to terminal. However, customer toilet was out of order which is unacceptable when your customers have had long drives to get there.

Leeds/Bradford Airport car parking is SUPERB, easy to use, very convenient and staffed with hard working switched on guys.

I parked at Jet Parks 3 at Manchester airport. According to the information I was given by Purple Parking, on arrival to the barriers the car number plate is read by the system and the barrier opens. This did not happen, I had to talk to somebody over the phone, pick up a token at the barrier and use this token to open another barrier for me on the way out. Early in the morning, in the dark, some of the above was not immediately obvious.

Parking was fine but hard enough to find a parking space as always eventgough it says space available and the busstope near to the parking space is not functional which is also not fair. Compare to the other parking charges i found stansted parking bit expensive.

We’ve used Purple Parking several times at Heathrow. Previously very happy. This time wasn’t as good as before. Checked in fine, bus was waiting and already full and not enough seats or baggage space…another family were struggling to cope with bags, young kids and pushchairs - no help from staff. On return we waited 30+minutes. Again bus to collect us from T2 was already full-insufficient room for bags and lots of people standing. Impression is fewer buses and less frequent service compared with when used before-drivers not as helpful with bags(maybe that’s insurance issue). Staff member when we got back to collect car was very efficient, which eased the frustration of an overloaded bus. Please ensure more frequent buses - it’s surely not safe to overfill buses.

Not happy with the car park entrance barrier as it didn't work with the reg plate camera so I had to use the button to talk to someone that I couldn't hear due to them being very quiet and not very polite.

Booking was easy. I was 40 minutes late collecting my car and there was no extra charge. However, when I dropped my car off at Heathrow (Bath road) I found the staff rude.

You need to sort the number plate reconnection system out why you need a ticket when you have the information on your system seems a bit obscure.

Arrival was nice and easy but imagine my panic on departure when the automatic plate recognition didn't work and the ticket machine said £218 was due! Fortunately, quickly rectified when pressing the intercom and giving our details. But not the smoothest departure. 🙂

Transfer times to LHR T5 were so long after waiting for the bus that I was getting nervous about my flight and had no time to shop or eat. On the way back I got a taxi back to save time and spent the money I had saved by choosing the cheaper Purple Parking option on the cab ride. Drop off and pick up were both efficient and corteous but I won't be using this service again, I'll pay a little extra for something more convenient.
