Manchester off-site parking. Drop off/Pick up very good. We parked 4 weeks so nice to see Car turned over & ready to leave. Disappointed to get Home & discover the bonnet release button snapped & hung back in place. It is a fragile part that has previously needed replacing but feel we should have been told about it.

Unfortunately I had to wait more than 40mins for bus to arrive at T5 on an extremely cold evening. One bus was full which is unacceptable based on them knowing how many people are due back to collect cars at pre-planned times. Not helped by a competitor having 4 buses during same period. When I called any of the phone numbers to find out what was going on it was a recorded message.

Service on arrival OK. However, had to wait 25 mins for the car on return despite having called when cases were collected as per instructions

Apart from my error in going to level 1 first I was happy with the service. Lets hope the repayment of the additional parking fees due to a plane cancellation is not a problem

Parking was ok, but no signs to let us know we we’re actually in Purple Parking, not one sign to even show we were even in the correct long stay car Park, which would have been very helpful at 3.30 am
